My worst experience in 12 years.Supposed to be a gift.When I opened the parcel I found the sunglasses all distorted& asymmetrical (never mentioned).The item was dangling in the case without protection.Still,seems they were already defective when shipped.I wrote the seller &she started saying she doesn’t see the item delivered so maybe I haven’t received them from her (?!) but from smbdy else. Then she said its because the glasses were for a big head. Then she suggested I go fix them myself. I’ve paid 182.60€ for the item, 14.61€ (shipping) and 65€ (tax on the arrival)The seller pretends to be extremely polite, but creates fantastic excuses&wishes me “a sparkly day”.But as soon as I involved Etsy she immediately turned rude. Etsy refunded me all but I’ve still thrown 65€ of tax in a trash bin. Shame
