Beautiful! Frosty pearlized “ Sky Blue ” feminine & dainty - prom perfect! it’s super pretty - definitely plastic- neat period vintage- I suspect from Hong Kong - during the plastic hey Day, but it is unsigned. I think it looks prettiest worn clasp in front!
Approximately 24” long,clasp is about 1 1/8” 10 strands!
Mint condition, someone apparently thought one wear was enough 🌸
