These are likely vintage Jørgen Mortensen or Studio Nova cranberry glass tulip candle holders. They were handmade in Portugal, typically in the late 20th century.

They measure approximately 6 inches tall.

These were purchased at an auction that was selling a lot of Fenton glass and a bit of mikassa as well- which also made similar designs. The narrower flute and slightly more purple hue may be a clue as to the actual maker of this lovely set. Feel free to ask questions. This price includes domestic us shipping and they are both in excellent collected condition without any damage, and will be sent with care to their new owner 🦢
