Vintage size 12 is more like a modern 8/10 or Medium. There is a Tiny snag on the backside corner of the bow - that doesn’t show when properly steamed or pressed- I would probably use one stitch to tack the bow.
Dresses up beautifully with pink or cream silk or satin palazzo pants & scrappy heels or have fun & mix it up with a sexy black choker ( or a bolo !) & faux back leather skinnies and hot boots 🔥
