Chic 80’s Minimalist Golden Leather Handbag, Tucked away unused Vintage

This is one of the pieces that came out of the time capsule that was my wonderfully chic mother in law Miriam’s storage - that was whisked away (she loved to shop!) when my husband got her her to move from her big flat to a neat condo community in the early 80’s- they were only rediscovered in the climate controlled well sealed containers in 2014 or 15 because she had SO many clothes, that once she was unpacked at the new place, when it was decorated & finished, no one ever remembered that personal clothing & such had also been boxed up with the old (not being used furnishing. So you can imagine what fun it was for me when they were found when the furnishings were finally being donated! I kept a few and shared most with friends and have sold some here and there.

With this chic late 70’s disco minimalist look trending right now I thought- it would be fun and a good time to share this bag as it’s part of that “vinyl look”. And Miriam lived in Brooklyn, and had a husband who adored her and took her to the finest places! She was a style Maven of the every decade into her 90’s- this one to be included! This bag, like so many of her- just in case Fashion accessories / was never even fully unpackaged - still has packing inside and on handle & some tags. Very nice. It does not seem to be braned. Leather bag, man made trim. Made in China with a ref on a nice satin tag inside. Black lining. 2 zippered compartments & inside pocket in larger center area. nice shiny Goldtone zippers. In excellent condition. Fantastic modernist line. Basically to die for 💫🚀💃✨⚗️🔥

The color is a slightly Bronzy Goldtone

Approximately 8” x 9” x 3.5” with a 14” drop
