I love love love this neat pin! It reminds me of one of my favorite Washington Color School Arts Works - Kenneth Noland ! I know nothing about it- I bought it with some wild 80’s & earlier Jewelry - it appears at least 1970’s could be earlier- very avant- Garde so cool! I absolutely LOVE the artistic statement and movement feel of this piece! WOW!
