1930's C G Wallace Copper with Turquoise Inlay Zuni Native American Artisan Cuff Bangle Bracelet

Nice very old heavy piece of HG Wallace design. One dark spot that I will try to polish out of the hammer design - uncertain. see photos. The white spot in some photos on the center turquoise is just glare ( sorry!) Funny Enough, the only other bracelet almost just like this that i was able to find sold through a gallery and was Sterling without the copper mixture making it appear light golden like this one (it's really pretty). We read the HG Wallaces Silver mines became sort of known for this process - as not only was it pretty, but like sterling that has nickle in it, it strengthens the soft silver metal. It's a really nice collectible piece and one to be start of add to a collection. And it's sturdy enough that it can be worn without fear of damaging or ruining it: )
It is; however, for a smaller wrist. It fits my larger one (barely) , but...it would be better on a smaller one. it’s approx 2 5/16 inch wide with an inch opening: ) it’s a nice piece of rare desirable native jewelry, that I purchased out west some time ago... i guess i had been buying some pretty good stuff : ) Fun casual piece of southwestern jewelry history~! wearable copper/sterling blend cuff bangle 🔥🔥🔥🔥
